I aim to despatch all orders within one working day.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return it to me within 7 days.

A full refund will be given if the items are not as you expected, however, postage and packing are not refundable.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, then I will of course refund the full cost of your order.

All photographs are as accurate a representation as I can make them, however, it is possible that colours may vary somewhat in real life – this is especially true with my handmade dichroic and iridescent pieces which change colour constantly.

All beads and findings are despatched by 1st Class post.

Postal charges:

under £20 - £1.50;
over £20 - free delivery.

Handmade Glass is also despatched 1st Class, but will require a signature on receipt, as many of the items are one of a kind and irreplaceable.

Postal charges:
under £20 - £1.50;
over £20 - £2.50.
